Welcome to the official regulatory and policy guidelines of ACS Networks (Pvt) Ltd. All active subscribers and service recipients are governed by the following core policies.
ACS Networks (Pvt) Ltd. accepts customer payments strictly and exclusively through Bank Alfalah (A/C: 58635003049175, IBAN: PK57ALFH5863005003049175, Title: MAFIA INTERNET SERVICE). MAFIA INTERNET SERVICE operates as the official retail child company and authorized billing subsidiary of ACS Networks (Pvt) Ltd. for customer provisioning and account clearance. Payments may also be executed via instant scan of the official Bank Alfalah QR Code on our Payment Portal through Alfa, Raast, or any 1Link banking application with 0% deduction. No other payment channels, wallets, or unauthorized intermediaries are recognized.
Monthly billing cycles are generated automatically on the 1st of each calendar month. If any service is disconnected or suspended without officially clearing all pending dues, the account shall continue to accrue billing until complete financial clearance.
We provide dedicated optical broadband speeds up to the subscribed tier. Network maintenance updates are conducted periodically to sustain 99.8%+ uptime and low latency in compliance with PTA regulations.
Subscribers are responsible for their personal Wi-Fi routers and internal home wiring. The company guarantees optical fiber connectivity up to the primary optical network terminal (ONT / DP).
